Overview Assist in coordinating sales activities and processes Support the sales team in managing customer accounts and inquiries Collaborate with various departments for timely product or service delivery Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities Provide administrative support to the sales team Requirements
Experience in B2B sales, both outside and inside sales preferred Knowledge of sales management and business development principles Experience in a major hotel brand as a Guest Service Representative or Sales Admin Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships Comfortable with cold calling and engaging potential clients Benefits
