Job Type*: Initial 3-months in Newark, NJ (Airfare Paid) then Remote (75%)*
*Job Overview*
Seeking experienced *Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Conversion Lead *with a proven track record in leading complex data migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring *10+ years of industry experience*, including *5+ years in Oracle Cloud projects* (with *additional *background in *EBS/PeopleSoft*), and demonstrate deep expertise in *Oracle HCM Cloud data structures, migration tools, and stakeholder management*.
*Main Responsibilities*:
* Lead end-to-end *HCM data conversion activities* across modules such as *Core HR, Benefits, Absence, and Payroll*, including *Balance Conversions*.
* Drive the *data migration strategy*, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project timelines.
* Serve as the *technical lead* for at least *3 full life cycle HCM projects*, with *1–2 projects as Conversion/Data Migration Lead*.
* Provide *hands-on expertise* with *HCM Data Loader (HDL)*, including *error analysis* and *BI Publisher (BIP) error reporting*.
* Apply strong knowledge of the *HCM Cloud Data Model* and *HDL templates* to optimize conversion processes.
* Collaborate effectively with *stakeholders and technical teams*, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
* Utilize *problem-solving and analytical skills* to address complex data challenges.
* Maintain a high level of *attention to detail* and ensure data integrity throughout the migration process.
*Required Skills*
* *10+ years of overall industry experience*, with *5+ years in Oracle Cloud projects*.
* Proven expertise as a *Data Conversion Lead* in *Oracle HCM Cloud*.
* Strong technical proficiency in *HDL, BIP reporting, and Oracle HCM Cloud data structures*.
* Excellent *stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills*..
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* *Oracle Cloud certification *in *EPM* or related modules.
* Experience in managing global workforce planning initiatives.
* Experience within *transportation industry* would be a huge plus.
*Certification (Required / Must-Have):*
* *Oracle HCM Cloud Technical *Certification
* *Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio Foundations *Associate.
*Communication & Collaboration:*
* Effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders, and collaborating with team members to deliver successful solutions.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $75,505.63 - $120,383.12 per year
