Maintenance Worker

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The welcoming Le Wellesley residence is seeking a Maintenance Worker. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Worker will be responsible for completing minor renovations and ensuring the cleanliness of the facility.
This is a permanent, part-time position, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., every other weekend.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• all other related tasks

Construction

• Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
• Make service calls
• Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
• Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
