Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stock and organize inventory on shelves and in designated areas.
- Prepare outgoing shipments for delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and stock checks.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks and support team members as required.
- Perform lifting and moving of packages and materials as necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following instructions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
- Experience with basic logistics tasks is beneficial.
