Join our growing logistics team as a Warehouse Worker in Dallas, Texas! We are looking for motivated individuals to perform a variety of tasks essential to our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, and packing and shipping orders. You will also be involved in inventory control, ensuring accuracy and organization within the warehouse. Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work environment is crucial. Safety is our top priority, and adherence to all company Safety policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This role requires physical stamina, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to accuracy. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Sort, organize, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and protocols, including wearing required PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
