You will be involved in all aspects of the order fulfillment process, including receiving goods, accurately picking items from inventory, meticulously packing them for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. - Process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Accurately pick orders using pick lists or scanning technology.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure product integrity.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Label and stage outgoing shipments accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment as required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the fulfillment center.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety policies and procedures.
- Properly wear and use all mandated PPE.
- Support the smooth functioning of our overall logistics operations.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment or a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform sustained physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning devices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
- Dedication to maintaining a safe workplace and using PPE.
- Familiarity with e-commerce logistics is advantageous.
