We are seeking a highly motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our state-of-the-art facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. This dynamic role is central to our e-commerce operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and with care. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping a wide variety of products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and contributing to a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from shelves using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify product details to ensure order accuracy and quality.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, using appropriate materials.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety .
- Mandatory use of required PPE , including safety vests and footwear, is expected.
- This role involves frequent movement and may require Lifting of packages up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of our overall Logistics and fulfillment processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
