Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join us as Distribution Center Associates in Denver, Colorado. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a key role in the efficient operation of our logistics hub. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role is fundamental to ensuring that our products move smoothly through the supply chain and reach our customers accurately and on time. We prioritize safety and efficiency in all our logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Accurately pick and fill customer orders using scanning devices and order sheets.
  • Pack products securely for shipment, ensuring quality and protection.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
  • Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
  • Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Identify and report any damaged or misplaced inventory.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the distribution center's logistics.
  • Must be able to perform regular Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance standards.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and perform frequent Lifting for extended periods.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is beneficial.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to all workplace regulations, including PPE usage.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Desire to build a career in the logistics industry.
