Our Baltimore, Maryland facility is looking for a diligent and dependable Warehouse Worker to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our distribution center. This includes receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You will be an integral part of our logistics network, contributing to the efficient movement of inventory. A strong focus on accuracy and efficiency is essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Inspect goods for damage and verify quantities.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for transportation.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Experience with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must wear required PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- Understanding of logistics principles and inventory management is beneficial.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
