Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order slips or scanner data.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Pack items securely into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock verification as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily shipping targets.
- Handle tasks that require manual Lifting of various product weights.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics and fulfillment processes.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse operations is preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity. Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures. Team player with good communication skills. Reliability and punctuality are essential. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus. A proactive approach to task completion and problem-solving in a Logistics setting.
