Become a vital part of our operations as an Order Picker in Omaha, Nebraska! We are seeking detail-oriented and efficient individuals to join our warehouse team. As an Order Picker, your primary responsibility will be to accurately retrieve products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. You will utilize RF scanners and other equipment to locate items, ensure correct quantities are picked, and prepare them for the packing station. This role is critical to the efficiency of our logistics and fulfillment process. You will work in a dynamic warehouse environment, often as part of a close-knit team. Maintaining a high level of accuracy is paramount. We are committed to providing a safe workplace, so adherence to all safety guidelines and the correct use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is required. This position involves significant physical activity, including walking extensively throughout the warehouse and frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Use RF scanners to locate items and confirm picks.
- Ensure correct quantities and product types are selected.
- Transport picked items to the packing or staging area.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Follow all safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE .
- Report any stock discrepancies or issues to a supervisor.
- Participate in team efforts to meet order fulfillment goals.
