Our Phoenix, Arizona location is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our bustling distribution center. In this role, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient flow of goods through our facility. Key responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming inventory, stocking shelves, picking and packing customer orders, and preparing items for shipment. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a safe and organized work environment. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and possess the physical stamina to handle the demands of a warehouse setting. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect inbound shipments.
- Accurately stock merchandise onto shelves and into designated areas.
- Pick items for orders with precision, ensuring correct quantities and product types.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, following established guidelines.
- Prepare shipments for carriers, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor and workspaces.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation activities.
- Support the overall logistics and operational efficiency of the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse worker experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Good attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to safety and following all company policies.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
