Responsibilities:
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks and other vehicles.
- Sort, organize, and stack incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
- Contribute to overall warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar physical labor role is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when required.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Basic knowledge of logistics principles is helpful.
