As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of the order fulfillment process, from receiving and put-away to picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, verify inventory, and stock items appropriately.
- Pick customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following strict Safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
- Comply with all company policies, including those regarding PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse management team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, e-commerce fulfillment, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 45 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Good communication skills.
