You will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets, carefully packing them for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy are paramount. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and has a good understanding of warehouse operations and logistics. You will be working in a dynamic environment where teamwork and a commitment to meeting deadlines are essential. Our company places a high priority on workplace safety, and you will be provided with training on all safety procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Adherence to these safety standards is mandatory. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of boxes and products up to 30 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations based on order sheets.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Stage completed orders for shipping carriers.
- Maintain a clean and organized picking and packing station.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts as needed.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Regularly engage in moderate to heavy Lifting as part of order fulfillment.
