We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Worker to join our growing team in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse, contributing to efficient Logistics and timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities include receiving goods, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a strong focus on Safety and accuracy. This position requires physical stamina and attention to detail. Responsibilities:
- Unloading and receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
- Organizing and stocking inventory in designated locations.
- Picking products accurately based on order fulfillment requirements.
- Packing orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Loading outbound shipments onto delivery vehicles.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhering to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Proper use and care of warehouse equipment and tools.
- Participating in regular inventory counts.
- Supporting other warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior warehouse experience is beneficial but not required for motivated individuals.
- Ability to handle physical demands, including regular Lifting of up to 40 pounds.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
