Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous Inventory Clerk to join our bustling warehouse in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our vast inventory. Your responsibilities will include tracking stock levels, conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring all inventory movements are recorded correctly within our logistics system. A keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities are paramount. Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Track the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.
  • Assist with receiving and put-away processes to ensure proper stocking.
  • Identify and report damaged or obsolete inventory.
  • Prepare inventory reports for management.
  • Ensure proper labeling and organization of all inventory items.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Support other warehouse functions as needed to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar warehouse role.
  • Ability to perform moderate Lifting, up to 35 lbs.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory control best practices.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and wearing appropriate PPE.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
