Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Virginia Beach, Virginia! This role is vital to our e-commerce **logistics**, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. You will be instrumental in maintaining customer satisfaction through efficient and **safe** order processing.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as scanners and pallet jacks, adhering to **safety** guidelines.
- Assist with **Lifting** and moving of products as needed, up to 40 lbs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and contribute to overall warehouse **safety**.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Wear all required **PPE** consistently and correctly.
- Support other warehouse **logistics** functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to **safety** and adherence to all company **safety** policies.
- Willingness to wear **PPE** as required.
- Basic understanding of **logistics** operations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks involving **Lifting**.
