Job Description:

Join the Wright Insurance Agency LLC- American Family in Westby, WI As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for answering questions and discussing product offerings with potential and existing clients to help meet their unique needs. You'll coordinate your own daily sales activity, complete personal insurance reviews, figure and present quotes, and submit changes on existing policies.

We are a hometown agency serving the greater Westby/Viroqua area. We are not a corporate call center. You will get to know your customers and they will get to know and appreciate you (Just check out our customer reviews on Google)

• Hourly wage PLUS opportunity to earn $5,000+/year in commission/bonuses. Those who prioritize sales and service can be very successful here

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Demonstrated customer service experience, 2 years of experience
• Effective communication skills
• Experience with PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer/Edge.)
• Solid knowledge and understanding of basic mathematical skills.
• WI Property and Casualty insurance license or the ability to obtain licensing within 30 days of employment. We will reimburse the cost of licensing classes/tests after 6 months of employment.
