Our team includes Speech-Language Pathologists, Behavior Technician Apprentices (BTAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other dedicated professionals who put children first.

Your Role
As part of our team, you'll support children's motor, sensory, and daily living skill development. You'll collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to help each child reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Direct Care: Deliver individualized occupational therapy activities to support motor, sensory, play, and daily living skills
- Evaluation & Assessment: Conduct assessments using standardized tools, clinical observations, and family input
- Treatment Planning: Create personalized, evidence-based plans with functional goals driven by child and family priorities
- Therapeutic Intervention: Implement activities and strategies that promote skill acquisition and participation
- Ongoing Evaluation: Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on results
- Collaboration: Work with multidisciplinary teams to design cohesive, integrated care plans and Contribute to IFSP and IEP development
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with regulations
- Professional Growth: Participate in training, mentorship, and continuing education
- Compliance: Follow ethical, professional, and regulatory standards
Who We're Looking For
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
- NYS OT license
- Active NBCOT certification
- Master's or Entry-Level Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- NYS COTA license
- Active NBCOT certification
OT Student (Fieldwork / Practicum)
- Enrolled in an accredited OT/OTA program
- Must meet fieldwork/practicum requirements
Preferred Attributes (All Roles)
- Experience with neurodivergent children and pediatric populations
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Bilingual English-Spanish preferred
- Passionate, creative, and collaborative
Who You Are
- Experienced or interested in EI, CPSE, CSE, and RSA populations
- Familiar with NYS documentation and DOE service delivery standards
- Excited to co-create in a flexible, equity-focused environment
Pay & Compensation: Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience
Occupational Therapist (OTRs)
- W2 Part-Time Hourly: $68 – $75/hr
- 1099 Part-Time Hourly: $80 – $90/hr
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTAs)
- W2 Part-Time Hourly: $58 – $65/hr
OT Student (Practicum / Fieldwork)
- Flexible and negotiable depending on schedule
