With a strong commitment to service, quality, and efficiency, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Casings Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our Casings Operation and support our growing business.

Position Summary:

The Casings Supervisor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the operation including Directing and coordinating the production activities of a casing cleaning operation located in a 3rd party slaughterhouse by performing the tasks listed below either personally or through assistants and employees while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Monitor the performance of the room assuring a smooth flow through the machines,

Ø Assure that all SPO's are being followed.

Ø Document ongoing problems that are affecting the room's performance.

Ø Coordinate and assist in the movement of employees, allowing the room to run efficiently.

Ø Lead by example to maintain and implement company's policies. Procedures and goals.

Ø Reduce costs where possible.

Ø Document and post employee performance and give feedback to necessary parties.

Ø Discuss performance with plant management. To advise management on necessary corrective action.

Ø Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols in compliance with OSHA and company standards.

Ø Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.

Ø Manage inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Ø Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to align operations with business needs.

Ø Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices

Ø Ensure documentation is completed accurately and timely Manner.

Ø Maintain a facility that is compliant, safe, and free of hazards.

Ø Select and foster a well-trained, motivated, and informed staff. Ensure adequately trained personnel are available to perform all department activities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred.
• 1 + years of Supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a Slaughterhouse environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, seat, bend, crouch, stoop, reach frequently or through the duration of the shift.

· Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position, Monday–Friday with occasional weekends or overtime as needed.
• Fast-paced and physically active role.

Pay: $65, $68,000.00 per year
