A well-established federal consulting firm is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for technical and corporate roles supporting defense, security, and national mission programs.

This role is ideal for a recruiter with strong GovCon experience who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and enjoys close partnership with hiring leaders.

What you'll do:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and corporate roles
• Partner with senior leaders to forecast hiring needs and drive talent strategy
• Support proposal recruiting and contract ramp-ups
• Build strong pipelines through sourcing, outreach, and employer branding
• Leverage ATS tools and recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP, FAR, and EEO standards

What we're looking for:

• U.S. citizenship
• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in federal or GovCon environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Deep knowledge of federal hiring compliance
• Experience improving recruiting processes and tools

Pay: $120, $130,000.00 per year
