Pay Range: $20–$27 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our production team. This role involves welding steel components according to specifications while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel components
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
• Set up and operate welding equipment
• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• MIG welding experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and measurements
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Welding certification (a plus, not required)
• Manufacturing or fabrication experience
