Responsibilities

• Perform residential cleaning, deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleanings, and occasional commercial cleanings
• Follow cleaning checklists and company standards
• Use provided company equipment and supplies
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Maintain a positive, reliable, and friendly attitude
• Uphold our accountability standards, including before/after photos and optional body-cam usage for verification

Requirements

• Cleaning experience preferred, but we will train the right person
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Reliable transportation to job sites in the Greater Fredericksburg area
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Dependable, punctual, and customer-service focused
