Join our energetic team as a Warehouse Worker in Austin, Texas! This position is fundamental to our warehouse operations, contributing to the efficient handling and movement of products within our logistics network. You'll be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying contents against packing slips.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming goods.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using pick lists or scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on safety and the use of required PPE .
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Support overall warehouse efficiency and logistics goals.
- Must be able to perform tasks involving lifting up to 50 pounds consistently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to following safety procedures.
