Job Summary:
Are you detail-oriented and organized? We're hiring an Inventory Clerk for our Fort Worth, Texas location. This role is vital for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse stock, a core component of our overall logistics strategy. You will be responsible for tracking inventory levels, conducting cycle counts, researching discrepancies, and ensuring our inventory system is up-to-date. A methodical approach and a commitment to accuracy are key to success in this position. Your work directly impacts our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to verify stock levels.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Record inventory movements, adjustments, and receipts accurately in the inventory management system.
  • Monitor stock levels and report low stock or overstock situations.
  • Assist in receiving and put-away processes to ensure accurate stock placement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area.
  • Implement and follow established safety procedures, including proper use of PPE .
  • Support the broader logistics team by providing accurate inventory data.
  • Assist with the identification and disposition of damaged or obsolete stock.
  • May involve some lifting of inventory items up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant coursework is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an inventory clerk, stockroom associate, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and basic computer skills (MS Office).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
