Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated Picker/Packers to join our dynamic logistics team in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders and preparing them for shipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety within our warehouse. You will utilize scanning technology and follow established procedures to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time, playing a critical part in our supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and order sheets.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
  • Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping to minimize errors.
  • Label packages correctly for shipment, ensuring all information is legible.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Adhere to all warehouse safety guidelines and procedures, including proper lifting techniques.
  • Wear all required PPE, such as safety vests, gloves, and safety shoes.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
  • Contribute to overall team productivity and efficiency in the logistics department.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
  • Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by supervisors.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in order picking and packing is preferred but not essential for eager candidates.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring physical dexterity and moderate lifting (up to 40 lbs).
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory systems.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including occasional weekends.
  • Comfortable using RF scanners and technology.
  • Commitment to following safety protocols and wearing required PPE.
