We are looking for dedicated and energetic Distribution Center Associates to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This is a key role within our logistics network, ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of inventory. You will be involved in a variety of essential warehouse tasks, from receiving and stocking products to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. If you are a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety, this position offers a great opportunity to grow with us.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with loading outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals within the logistics framework.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safety and following instructions.
