We are expanding our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates! This role is critical to the day-to-day operations of our logistics facility. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying accuracy against purchase orders.
- Put away stock in designated areas, ensuring proper organization and rotation.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Assist with other general warehouse duties as required by the logistics team.
- Must be comfortable with regular manual Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and significant Lifting.
- Commitment to Safety protocols and the correct use of PPE.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial.
