We are hiring enthusiastic Picker/Packers for our warehouse in Boise, Idaho! This role is critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for locating, retrieving, and preparing items for shipment. This involves using RF scanners, accurately identifying products, and packaging them securely according to established guidelines. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations based on order requirements.
- Verify product codes and quantities against order details.
- Pack items carefully and securely into appropriate shipping containers.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
- Handle merchandise with care to prevent damage.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform lifting tasks, up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and WMS is a plus.
- Commitment to safety and following instructions diligently.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
