Join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, Nevada, as a Picker/Packer and play a vital role in our order fulfillment process. In this essential position, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves and preparing them for shipment. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that our customers receive the correct products in excellent condition. This role requires efficiency, accuracy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will work closely with inventory systems and other team members to meet daily targets. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders from warehouse shelves using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify product identification and quantities.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory control tasks, such as cycle counting.
- Meet daily productivity and quality standards.
- Handle items carefully to prevent damage during picking and packing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or order fulfillment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and WMS is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following instructions.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Team player mentality.
