We are hiring a dynamic Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient processing and dispatch of customer orders, contributing directly to our company's success in the logistics landscape. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving inventory, accurate picking of items, careful packing of goods, and preparing shipments for delivery. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and sort incoming merchandise, checking for discrepancies.
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order fulfillment sheets.
  • Inspect products for quality before packing.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate packaging materials.
  • Label all packages accurately for shipping carriers.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklifts).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
  • Comply with all company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Consistently wear and utilize all required PPE.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics department.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and proper PPE usage.
  • Understanding of inventory management and logistics operations is a plus.
