As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in receiving shipments, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch. Ensuring accuracy and timely processing is key to our logistics success. - Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods.
- Accurately store and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick products according to customer order requirements using RF scanners.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate shipping materials.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in stock management.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Ensure proper use of assigned PPE.
- Support overall logistics operations through dedicated performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to following all Safety protocols and wearing PPE.
- Understanding of inventory control and logistics principles is beneficial.
