Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming inventory.
  • Pick customer orders with speed and precision.
  • Pack items securely and appropriately for transit.
  • Stage outgoing shipments for carrier pickup.
  • Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and report any discrepancies.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently (training provided).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting and PPE usage.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed productivity goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to workplace safety protocols.
