Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming inventory.
- Pick customer orders with speed and precision.
- Pack items securely and appropriately for transit.
- Stage outgoing shipments for carrier pickup.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and report any discrepancies.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting and PPE usage.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed productivity goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is advantageous.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to workplace safety protocols.
