Job Summary:
Join our expanding logistics team as a Warehouse Worker in Durham, North Carolina. We are looking for energetic and dependable individuals to support our warehouse operations. This role involves a variety of tasks critical to the smooth functioning of our distribution center, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be hands-on with our inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all movements. We provide all necessary training, including proper equipment operation and the mandatory use of PPE, to ensure a safe working environment for everyone. Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload trucks, verifying contents against manifests.
  • Sort and place received items into appropriate storage locations.
  • Pick items from shelves to fulfill customer orders accurately.
  • Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Prepare orders for shipping, applying labels and documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Operate material handling equipment as needed (training provided).
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including proper lifting and PPE usage.
  • Participate in inventory counts as required.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is beneficial.
  • Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 55 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to all regulations.
