Join our expanding logistics team as a Warehouse Worker in Durham, North Carolina. We are looking for energetic and dependable individuals to support our warehouse operations. This role involves a variety of tasks critical to the smooth functioning of our distribution center, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be hands-on with our inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all movements. The ideal candidate possesses physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to workplace safety. We provide all necessary training, including proper equipment operation and the mandatory use of PPE, to ensure a safe working environment for everyone. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks, verifying contents against manifests.
- Sort and place received items into appropriate storage locations.
- Pick items from shelves to fulfill customer orders accurately.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare orders for shipping, applying labels and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed (training provided).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including proper lifting and PPE usage.
- Participate in inventory counts as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 55 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to all regulations.
