Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in San Francisco, California. This role is crucial for ensuring our products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to our valued customers. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks within our warehouse environment, contributing directly to the efficiency and success of our distribution operations. Your primary duties will include order fulfillment, managing inventory levels, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to safety protocols. Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus, but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. You will work closely with other team members to achieve daily targets and ensure timely order processing. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
  • Receive and process incoming inventory.

  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving functions as needed.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
