Job Summary:
Join our thriving San Jose, California distribution center as a Warehouse Worker ! We are searching for dependable individuals to perform a variety of essential tasks that keep our logistics operations running smoothly. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping processes. Your commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols will be vital to our team's success. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic warehouse environment and contribute to a growing company.
Responsibilities:
  • Unload and process incoming inventory accurately.
  • Stock shelves and storage areas with received goods.
  • Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and order lists.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Operate manual and electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and work areas.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management tasks.
  • Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures, prioritizing workplace Safety .
  • Consistent use of required PPE , such as gloves and safety glasses, is mandatory.
  • Tasks may include some manual labor and Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our Logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment.
  • Good physical stamina, capable of standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully.
