Become a key player in our distribution network as a Distribution Center Associate in Richmond, Virginia! We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to contribute to the efficient flow of goods. This role is fundamental to our Logistics operations, ensuring that products are processed, stored, and shipped accurately and on time. You will engage in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. The ideal candidate is a team player, possesses a strong work ethic, and is committed to maintaining a high standard of Safety. Responsibilities include unloading incoming freight, verifying shipment contents, accurately stocking merchandise in designated areas, picking items for customer orders, packing orders securely, and preparing shipments for dispatch. Maintaining a clean, organized, and Safe work environment is essential. This position involves significant physical activity, including regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, and requires the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). A thorough understanding of our Safety protocols and operational procedures is mandatory.
