Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming merchandise.
- Pick items from shelves based on customer orders using scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stocktaking activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, which may involve moderate Lifting.
- Support the overall Logistics and supply chain operations through efficient task completion.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse or Logistics experience is preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to Safety and following all established procedures. Reliability and punctuality. Familiarity with warehouse equipment is a plus. Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
