We are seeking dedicated and reliable Order Pickers to join our dynamic logistics team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Order Picker, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and efficient retrieval of products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role is crucial to our supply chain operations, requiring a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy. You will be responsible for operating handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment to locate, pick, and stage items. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment is also a key aspect of this position, contributing to overall warehouse efficiency and safety. Successful candidates will possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. This position involves regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs and adherence to strict Safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using a voice-picking system or handheld scanner.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipment.
- Verify product information and quantities against order details.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all company Safety procedures and wear required PPE .
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Understanding of Logistics principles is beneficial.
