In this essential role, you will be involved in a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving and stocking products, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. Our warehouse thrives on efficiency and precision, and we require team members who are committed to maintaining high standards. Safety is a top priority, and you will receive thorough training on all safety procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting and moving of goods, as well as standing and walking for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Assist with loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and protocols, emphasizing the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Support other warehouse operations as needed.
- Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is an advantage.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of general warehouse safety and the importance of PPE.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Basic knowledge of logistics operations is a plus.
