We are seeking a meticulous Inventory Control Specialist to join our growing logistics team in Denver, Colorado. This role is fundamental to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for conducting cycle counts, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, managing stock rotation, and participating in physical inventory audits. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of inventory management best practices. You will work closely with warehouse and operational teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency. Knowledge of inventory management software and reporting tools is essential. We are committed to maintaining a safe work environment, and all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be supplied. This position requires the ability to perform tasks that involve regular lifting, often up to 50 pounds, and to be comfortable working in a warehouse setting. A solid grasp of logistics principles and a proactive approach to problem-solving are key.
