We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our dynamic logistics team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate inventory records, minimizing discrepancies, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our distribution center. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of inventory management principles, and a commitment to upholding safety standards. You will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, managing stock rotation, and assisting with physical inventory audits. Your role will involve using inventory management software, generating reports, and collaborating with other departments to resolve inventory-related issues. We are committed to providing a safe and productive work environment, and all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided. This position requires the ability to perform tasks that involve moderate to heavy lifting, typically up to 50 pounds, on a regular basis. Experience with warehouse operations and a solid understanding of logistics processes are essential.
