We are hiring a Picker/Packer for our dynamic warehouse in Kansas City, Missouri! This role is central to our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently prepared for shipment. Your primary responsibilities will include picking items from warehouse shelves using an order list or scanning device, accurately packing items into appropriate shipping containers, and applying shipping labels. You will play a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy by ensuring picked items match order requirements. This position requires speed, accuracy, and a strong attention to detail to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction within our logistics operations. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace and assisting with other warehouse duties as needed. Safety is a core value, and you must adhere to all company safety guidelines and procedures. The physical demands include frequent lifting of items up to 40 pounds, standing, walking, and bending throughout your shift. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
