Are you passionate about e-commerce and efficient logistics? Our Miami, Florida facility is hiring a Fulfillment Associate! In this role, you will be instrumental in picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently. Your duties will include using scanning devices, verifying order details, assembling product packages, and preparing shipments for transit. This is a key role in our fulfillment center, directly impacting customer satisfaction. We emphasize a culture of safety and teamwork. You will work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure orders are processed correctly and on time. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and organized work area, assisting with inventory counts, and participating in team meetings. The physical demands include consistent lifting of items up to 40 pounds, standing for the entire shift, and repetitive motion. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory to ensure your well-being.
