Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Stock incoming inventory onto shelves and into designated locations.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and carefully.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor, aisles, and workstations.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist in receiving and processing incoming inventory.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards promptly.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is a strong advantage but not required; comprehensive training provided.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting tasks, up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics concepts.
- Strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
- Must be comfortable working in a warehouse setting and adhering to all safety guidelines, including PPE requirements.
