We have an exciting opportunity for a diligent Fulfillment Associate at our Baltimore, Maryland facility. This role is key to ensuring our products are processed and dispatched efficiently to meet customer demand. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders with accuracy and care. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented logistics environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label and prepare packages for shipment, verifying shipping information.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent order fulfillment.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and shrink wrap machines.
- Ensure the workstation and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety procedures and utilize required PPE.
- Contribute to meeting daily fulfillment quotas and deadlines.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is advantageous.
- Must be able to handle regular Lifting tasks, up to 45 lbs.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to work at a steady pace in a dynamic environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Understanding of safety protocols and commitment to their enforcement, including PPE usage.
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
