Job Summary:
Join our team as an Order Picker in Baltimore, Maryland! This essential role supports our **logistics** operations by accurately retrieving items from warehouse inventory for customer orders. You will play a crucial part in ensuring timely and correct order fulfillment, always prioritizing **safety** in your daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations using order lists or scanners.
  • Verify picked items against order details for accuracy.
  • Assist in consolidating and preparing orders for packing and shipping.
  • Operate order picking equipment, such as pallet jacks and lift assist devices, with adherence to **safety** regulations.
  • Perform **Lifting** of products as necessary, following proper techniques.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to overall warehouse **safety**.
  • Participate in inventory checks and stock rotation.
  • Wear all required **PPE** diligently.
  • Support other warehouse **logistics** functions as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet performance targets.
  • Commitment to adhering to all **safety** protocols and **PPE** requirements.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks including standing, walking, and **Lifting** up to 40 lbs.
  • Understanding of warehouse **logistics** and inventory management is a plus.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
