We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily logistics operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods into and out of our facility. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders with accuracy and care. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock merchandise in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment, meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if necessary).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety and proper handling of materials.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must wear appropriate PPE, including safety shoes and vests, as required.
