Our growing logistics facility in Charlotte, North Carolina, is looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to support our daily operations. This is a versatile role where you will contribute to various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipping. We need reliable individuals who can adapt to different tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of warehouse procedures and a commitment to operational excellence are essential. Safety is paramount; you must strictly follow all safety protocols and correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform frequent lifting, moving, and carrying of goods, often up to 50 pounds. You will work as part of a cohesive team, contributing to the smooth flow of goods through our logistics network. If you are a self-starter, possess good organizational skills, and are eager to learn and contribute, we want to hear from you. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial but not strictly required; we offer training for motivated candidates. Join us and be a key player in our efficient supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Put away received goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent work practices.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts - if trained/certified).
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse functions.
